Pivot & Paper is a one-person studio by design. Cordelle has spent his career on the hiring side of the table — reading, screening, and placing professionals across tech, media, and executive search.
Cordelle brings an MBA lens and a decade of executive-search experience to every engagement. He specializes in narrative resumes for senior leaders navigating industry, function, or scale changes.
A one-writer studio is a deliberate constraint. It means the person who reads your intake is the person who writes your resume. It means fewer engagements per month, and each one gets made to count.
No junior editors. No contractor pool. No AI-in-a-trench-coat. Just editorial writing by a recruiter who's spent a decade watching the market decide.
