Education has its own dialect, and outside of education nobody speaks it. 'Differentiated instruction aligned to state standards' is rigorous work — but a corporate recruiter reads it as jargon from a different planet.
The fix isn't dumbing down; it's translation. Every line gets re-quoted in the language of the role you're targeting, with the numbers corporate readers trust: cohort sizes, outcome improvements, programs you built, budgets you touched.
